A couple weeks spent down in the savannah of Africa should be more than enough to let you zoom out of some of our meager human problems. Here you can see firsthand what the lives of most large mammals (and a few reptiles) are truly like: stalking for hours or days, fighting over food, living in constant fear of predators and yet not even aware of the innumerable diseases that could befall them. But at least their lives are simple.
